Keya Ivey
HEALTH OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Ms. Keya S. Ivey is the Associate Director of Operations at the Naval Dosimetry Center located at Walter Reed Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland. Her position requires her to manage the dosimetry processing, shipping, receiving, segregation, reading, and reporting, including maintaining responsibility of property management for inventory control and equipment maintenance, testing, calibrating and also serves as a member on investigative teams by supporting data gathering, analysis, and corrective action planning for the corrective action program. She also is the primary signatory for the NVLAP accreditation program.

Ms. Ivey currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia and a Masters of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She has been working in the radiological field for over 7 years, recently joining the HJF team in October 2019. Her recent major accomplishments include keeping the operations program afloat during COVID-19 while keeping everyone safe as well as bringing the NVLAP program up to date in time for their upcoming NVLAP Accreditation Inspection.
